Automatický extraktor nukleových kyselín TGuide S96 využíva najnovšiu metódu adsorpcie a prenosu magnetických guľôčok magnetickou tyčinkou. Na automatické extrahovanie a čistenie nukleovej kyseliny z 1-192 krvi/buniek/tkanív/vírusov a ďalších vzoriek sa aplikujú 96-hlboké jamkové platne a rôzne druhy činidiel na extrakciu magnetických guľôčok.

Tento extraktor môže byť vybavený modulom s 24 tokmi, ktorý má dobrú adaptabilitu na veľkoobjemové vzorky. Je vybavený vopred zabalenými činidlami TIANGEN a môže súčasne extrahovať 1 až 24 vzoriek. Maximálny objem vzorky, s ktorým prístroj zaobchádza, je 5 ml. Je obzvlášť vhodný na extrakciu voľnej nukleovej kyseliny v sére a plazme.
